Abstract

Traffic accidents are a result of a complex interreaction from four factors of the traffic safety: driver, vehicle, road and surroundings. Next to these, social-economics factors, law, and coincidence san also contribute. In this essay we observe the influence of temperature and rainfall. Many studies conducted worldwide show the connection between rainfall, temperature and traffic accidents. Considering effective cas accident treatment and inprovement of road safety represents great losses in human lives, economic and social expences it is necessary to predict their occurance. Goal of this project is to predict the number of traffic accidents in Banja Luka inner city and outskirts with help of neuro-fuzzy logic.
